WALK WITH ME
Walk With Me is the Children’s Ministry program for 2-5 year olds offered during our morning worship service. This is an opportunity for our littlest members and visitors to worship, sing and play in a setting designed especially for them. Every Sunday children are presented with stories, songs and crafts related to a specific Bible story or theme. Teachers and helpers engage with children through printed Bible stories and quiet playtime offering multiple opportunities for spiritual growth.
Sunday School is a 4 yrs old through 8th grade Bible study class. The classes meet most Sundays during the school calendar. Here children learn the stories of the Bible. As the children get older, the classes dig deeper into the teachings of the Bible and learn to relate it to their own world. As our service project, we make cards for our military service personnel, shut-ins, missionaries, pastor appreciation, and Cottonwood staff. A schedule for dates, lessons, and special service projects is provided.

Impact is Cottonwood’s middle school ministry where students are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Christ and begin to walk with him throughout their daily lives. We strive to help guide kids in their discovery of our living God so they may experience the full life that he promises. We hope kids will live this out through different fundraisers and service projects throughout the year, as well as in the church body at Cottonwood Church.

Cottonwood Church is proud to be a partner with Rooted. This is a group of young adults that are hungry to experience life in Jesus, to see Him in His Word, and they clearly want to make a difference in the world by God's grace. They on Thursdays at 7pm at 6651 Scott Street Allendale, MI 49401. This is NOT a replacement for church- it is a parachurch group. "Para" in Greek means to come alongside and they seek to be a parachurch ministry in the truest sense of the term. The goal is to take what they are learning, see ways they are growing, and apply that to life in the church of Christ.

Is a group of fun-loving people who range in age from 55——? !! In the past they have gone on day bus trips to Indiana, Illinois and throughout Michigan, visited Holland at Tulip Time, heard the Barbershop Harmony Singers and attended a play at the Civic Theater. They have toured various places including an elk ranch in Ludington, a wild animal park in Alto, Aero-Med at the airport, the Studebaker Museum, Chocolate Factory and RV Hall of Fame in Indiana, taken river cruises and train rides. As you can see, their activities are interesting, informative and lots of fun!
